Discipline is everything
Without discipline, you can't reach your destination.
Discipline does not require hard work, it requires fine practice.
Most of us, like most people, fail to maintain discipline in the first step to reach our goal or destination.
Until you can take this first step, you will not be able to reach the next step even if you want to.
And even if you do get there somehow, you won't be able to hold on to success for long. You have to fail and come back.
For example, there are many people who have not been able to sustain their success for a long time due to lack of discipline.
Your first thing to do - you need to be disciplined through fine practice.

Discipline is about setting the right principles. Growing up as a child, my father was a disciplinarian, always making such we don't make the same mistakes he made, and ensure we accept corrections from others.
