This is the Sixth Edition of “The interview Showcase”.
A weekly interview of top Users in the blog Concerning Some Super trending topics in the Steemit Platform. And tips that Can help Other steemians to Progress positively and help boost Steem growth.
I take time to look at Some of the Most Important/trending topics in the blog and I have a Chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics across the globe.
They also Share Some tips that Can help other Users to Understand the Platform and Make Use of it in A great Way.
We dig out Everything for your own consumption, So you have nothing to lose Following this Program.
This week is another Super, exciting and interesting week on the Show because we have great Steemians who have contributed Positively to the Platform and they are going to share with all of us here how they do it.

Our First guest today is @xpilar. Xpilar is from Norway, He is one of the oldest User in the blog , He is the Founder and Admin of theWORLD OF XPILLAR COMMUNITY. He is one of the top 20 Steem Witness in the blog, have a look at Number 15 on this list , then come back to tell whose name is that, Yeah !!, that's What I'm talking about.

🔷Xpilar: First I want to thank you for contributing to steem / steemit with your Showcase.
I joined steem / steemit in July 2016 and I have made friends all over the world. It would not be possible without this platform.
Many people come here for the first time because someone has told them that they can make money here. If they are just here to make money, they will not succeed.
First, it's about making contacts and showing their honesty.
Over time, it has a great significance, and others will trust you. They will then start reading your blog and then there will be votes and comments.
One mistake many people make is to post too many posts per day. Then others lose interest. I would say that a maximum of one blog per day with good content is enough.
And when it comes to comments, they have to comment on what the post is about, not short comments like good post / re-steemed, etc.
As I said, it's all about building trust and making contacts over time.
🔷Xpilar: I like to help others grow on this platform and give them an opportunity to feel the power of voting for good content.
When they are an orca for 3 weeks, they will also be noticed and they get a greater opportunity to connect with other users.
🔷Xpilar: The most demanding thing is the WOX community, but I have good moderators and without them, I could not have had such a large community as WOX is. WOX is open to everyone and we have members from all over the world.
🔷Xpilar: SPUD was started by another user before Hive was created and my Norwegian team and I sponsored the program from the start. Unfortunately, that user chose to switch to Hive.
@kiwiscanfly wanted to start up the project again (spud4steem) and we joined as sponsors again

🔷Xpilar: I always have had a desire to be able to help others and especially the needy in the world. With WOX-HELPFUND, everyone in steemit has an opportunity to help people in need to support @ wox-helpfund as a recipient from their post..
🔷Xpilar: In the case of WOX-HELPFUND, it must first be approved by the board and we must also have proof before we pay out the stem to provide support.
🔷Xpilar: We could have supported more needy in the world if steemit users would give @wox-helpfund recipients from their posts.
🔷Xpilar: Oh, that was a difficult question.
When it comes to steemit, it must be the WOX community.
🔷Xpilar: They must not expect rewards right away and they must think about when they use tags. It's pretty annoying to be tagged all the time.
It also means that many do not seek answers or rewards from curators. But what is important is not to give up but to continue to post quality posts and build friendships. They should also find a local community that they feel at home in. It is just as important to build up their SP so that they have the power to vote for other users of good posts.
They should also give their voice when visiting a post even if their SP is low, it is pure courtesy to do so. I see several who comment on posts but they do not give their voice to the post.
🔷Xpilar: You seem professional with your questions and I wonder if you are a type of journalist. Your Showcase is a great contribution to Steemit.
And Our Next guest today is all the way From Indonessia and he is my brother from another Mother. Please Friends give it up to our great guest today @irawandedy. Irawandedy is from Indonesia, he is a health Worker and also a great User in the platform whose intentions and activities are all for steem Growth.
He is the Admin and Manager of the World Smile Project International and he is presently working with the Finance & Technology | Quality Control Curation Team.
🔶Irawandedy: One word that I should describe for the steemit platform "Amazing", steemit has given me an extraordinary output towards my capacity growth, it is not oriented towards Steem and steem dollars, but steemit has changed my capacity from limited ideas and inability to write, become a person who is accustomed to positive writing even though it is not as good as other writers. This is an extraordinary aspect in my opinion. This experience becomes the greatest teacher in life so it becomes the foundation for other users to continue to grow here.
🔶Irawandedy: Since 2016 I joined this platform, I got a lot of output. Education is important in encouraging the improvement of my capacity and professionalism in running the health profession in the real world.
I completed my undergraduate education and professional education with all my fees earned from this platform, then I also have a Mackbook Pro M1 vehicle and work device which I bought from the reward platform.
This is a great achievement, all my important needs are met through the platform. Especially now that I have 20,000 steem power reserves and actively trade on external and internal markets up to 30,000 steem.
🔶Irawandedy: Individual growth and development is not an indicator of success in my life principles, but I have a vision to encourage the growth of other users by providing significant encouragement to grow and develop together.
World Smile Project Int is a representation of the human instinct that has been formed for a long time, I have become accustomed to international humanitarian programs by joining the American Red Cross and the World Food Program.
Steemit is the right place to promote steem and give a smile to those around the world with limited access and other essential needs. My team and I are there for them, spreading smiles across borders and boundaries.
🔶Irawandedy: Running an organization that only requires integrity and commitment, then being able to build effective communication with all elements. I think this is an indicator in running an organization.
🔶Irawandedy: I continue to encourage the involvement of every user to continue to show their contribution, and I think if they have the commitment they will automatically be able to rise up and become an important figure towards the targets they will achieve.
🔶Irawandedy: When I decided to be here, I have committed to be integrated with the platform, meaning everything I do is solely to support the Steemit Team program, this is not easy and I never give up to keep doing it until everyone on the platform realizes that their support and role will become an important aspect in maintaining the steem ecosystem.
🔶Irawandedy: This is a difficult thing, balancing the real world and the platform, but economic limitations have been my foundation for doing it since I was a student. Now I'm used to doing it, although my family often complains about the activities I do until 4 am. Professionalism is an important aspect that I must run and I continue to prioritize it in all aspects of life.
🔶Irawandedy: I think only integrity and commitment can change everything, I'm not anyone in steemit but I keep doing it even though I don't have support.
I'm sure with the two aspects that are owned by continuing to strive to do quality posts and support every program run by the steemit team, I'm sure all will be successful here. "Be better than before".

Ladies and Gentlemen, let's Welcome @cryptogecko to the building.
🔷Cryptogecko: Thank you very much for having me, brother. It is an honor to be given this opportunity. First of all, I would like to point out that I am one of the early adopters or writers from India who are still using the Steemit platform.
As a member of Steemit since September 2017, I have been using the platform continuously; however, due to the Indian government's ban on cryptocurrencies in 2019 and 2020, I was not active on the platform during those years.
So far, Steem has been a positive experience for me. To begin with, I noticed that people on other social media platforms were sharing their posts without receiving any value in return. In contrast, on Steem, people earned a few dollars for each post they made.
At that time, YouTube was available, and I knew that it could be used to earn a few bucks by making videos, but the Steemit platform seemed like an utopian project to me because no other blogging or social media platforms existed like it.
My experience has also been that through the use of the Steemit platform, I have seen people change their own lives as well as the lives of others, so Steem is not just a source of income for some, but also a tool for social change.
*🔷Cryptogecko: Having obtained most of my education in the field of computer science, I am a software developer and data scientist by profession. For the past five years or more, I have been involved in the freelancing sector. In my spare time, I also teach students of standard 6th through 12th. The subjects I teach to my students are Science, Mathematics, English, and Social Studies.
🔷Cryptogecko: When the community curation initiative was launched in February this year, I began looking for people with whom I could form a team for the science and technology theme. As a result, I gathered an excellent team of individuals who were mostly involved in the education sector in some way like me and then we applied.
Our team was one of the earliest teams to start curation work. Currently, I am a member of the same team, #sevengers, which is currently curating the #learnwithsteem theme.
🔷Cryptogecko: The things I have accomplished in my life aren't the greatest, so it's hard to say. Throughout my educational career, I have been an above average student. Many of the businesses I have started have had a short lifespan. Steemit was a challenging platform for me in terms of getting noticed by others. Therefore, I would say that most of what I have accomplished in my life has been average.
Since the past few months, I have been trying to promote Steemit in my local area and now many people are enquiring about the initiative and how they can get started. In my opinion, this can be the beginning of a project that will bring masses to Steemit and at the same time something that I will be able to add to my list of achievements.
🔷Cryptogecko: We previously had a community for Indians that was running well and receiving good support from the curators, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the admins and moderators decided to dissolve the community. Most of the members of the management team left the platform as a result.
It was not until a few months later that the need to create a community for Indians was identified by our admin and moderators, and then the community was created for Indians again. This time, however, all of the management team members are not short-term users, but rather have a longer-term perspective. The objective is to attract new users and maintain our community in order to support all Indian authors on Steemit.
🔷Cryptogecko: As a moderator, I have been helping those who are returning users and guiding those who are new to the platform. As part of my ongoing efforts to bring new users to the Steemit platform and retain existing users, I have also established a guidance and investment point in my local area.
I plan on bringing investors to the Steemit platform as well as mass audiences who are interested in our platform through my guidance and investment point.
While this is a difficult time for everyone around the world, I believe that only by persevering through these difficult times will we be able to achieve success..
🔷Cryptogecko: The best way for charity to work is if the funds raised are used to educate and empower the people by providing them with the opportunity and resources to work with us on the Steemit platform.
The majority of people who require empowerment do not ask for food or monetary benefits from us, but rather for ways (education) to arrange for these things on their own. Consequently, I believe that charity funds can be used to purchase new or old machines that then can be used to educate people about the Steemit platform, and I believe that these individuals will remain with us for a long period of time.
🔷Cryptogecko: I am aware of the World Smile Project that is run by our Indonesian friends. Several times in the past, I have designated the World Smile account as a beneficiary, and I am confident that the funds raised are being used to assist so many people in need.
I would like to extend my congratulations to the World Smile team for bringing smiles to the people worldwide through your efforts.
🔷Cryptogecko: The Steemit platform should not be viewed as a means of generating income, but rather as a tool for empowerment. Considering the platform as a second family, I regard it as an important part of my life. I believe that if other users treat the platform as if it were their own business, they will be conscious of everything they do on it, and their decisions will contribute to the success of the platform as a whole..
🔷Cryptogecko: I am pretty confident that the Interview Showcase initiative will be able to motivate a lot of users and I think it will be a big success. As a result, other people will also be trying to get your attention in order to get a chance to be featured on this showcase as well.
