It's The Interview Showcase!!!. with your one and only host ubongudofot...This is the 29th Edition of “The interview Showcase...."

A lifestyle program that comes with many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.

It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steemit itself.

I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.

They also share some tips that are able to help other users to understand the blockchain and make use of it in the correct way. Sometimes they seek some valuable suggestions here which can help them solve some of their challenges.

This week, I really want to know why Indians play music and dance in all their movies, what is behind that..? Is the Incredible India Community replacing steem India..? Are we expecting something new from this community?

Due to this, i had to put a call across to one of the the leading Indian User who owns Incredible India Community, please follow along as i Interview @sduttaskitchen

: How will you describe yourself in one sentence?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: I am ardent towards my duties.

: How did you hear about Steemit, and why did you join?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: I heard about steemit from @rme, and he helped me to join this platform.
It was the time when the first lockdown was declared and I yielded my job during the lockdown. I stay in a rented flat, so it was difficult for me to bear my rent, and also was going through a financial crisis, that time, @rme informed me and informed me about steemit.

: What can you say about your experience so far in the blog

🔶Sduttaskitchen:
It was like riding a rollercoaster. I have gone through so many ups and downs,and still, I am continuing my journey and facing several challenges.

: As an Admin in Incredible India Community, how do you run the community coupled with your personal life affairs?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: As I am single and there is no one with whom I need to share my time, but simultaneously, it is difficult as I do not have any helping hands.I managed my time according to my demands.

: In your Community, how many users are with the function keys of operation? And who are they?

🔶Sduttaskitchen:There are five people with function keys. @rme, @sduttaskitchen, @lother68, @sampabiswas and @piudey are holding all functional keys but @nainaztengra also holding the posting key of the community.

:Recently, there was an issue with the Indian Official Community, is this community you are operating taking over the official community?And what's your take on what happened?

🔶Sduttaskitchen:Nop! that was not the reality. When I decided to open my subject-related general community,
at that time, everything was fine, and I was not at all aware of what occurred later. See, I don't appreciate evaluating people, there are so many wise and proficient people who can do this job better than me. But what happened was not foreseen..

: Do you think it will be possible or easy to earn users' trust again by joining your community?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: As I already informed you that my community started before the disarray, So yes, I believe people trust my community and me. Above all, I would say the sizes of our fingers are not equal, but we need all of them to become united. Trust is a thing we have to follow in every case of our life, and going through breaking trust is something that constructs us mature and adept.

We all must remember it is challenging to gain conviction, but it is easy to spoil. So once we break, it is much more complicated to gather the same belief, so we must be conscious before our acts. so many people often take the undue edge of our faith.

: What have you put in place in other to fight plagiarism in this community?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: Often, people share several things going through out of the box, it is better to share things in the scope of our knowledge and thus we can avoid plagiarism at a certain level. I also recommend using tools before sharing any posts. Smart work is appreciated but I do not appreciate over-smartness.

:Who is your biggest inspiration in life?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: There are two who are my inspiration, the first one is almighty and the second one is myself. I believe we are our best or I would say biggest teachers because no one can understand our journey better than ourselves. Our life journey and experiences are the biggest teachers and inspirations to move forward in our life.

: What are your plans for steemit?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: Do you think I must divulge everything here? hehe! haha! I am not that dumb! I believe in effort rather than only making plans. Strategies may fail, but steps are not..

: Whose Steemit blog are you most entertained by?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: There are so many people, but right now two names coming to my mind, Those are none other than @ patjewell and @nainaztengra. Their posts are not only entertaining but also informative, at the same time motivational.

: Other than all of your efforts on the steemit platform, what do you do for fun?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: Now, I do not get much time for fun, but whenever I get time, I love to play with children and read suspense story books.

: If you were to travel out of your country now...where will you like to visit?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: If I would get an opportunity to travel in India, then I would love to visit Kashmir, but if I would get a chance to travel abroad, I would love to visit Switzerland and South Africa. I love mountains and cocoa, and besides that, I would love to meet @patjewell as she stays in South Africa, if I am not wrong. Naina often comes to India. so, I could visit her here if she invites me.

: Do you think there are more beg-for-vote posts than creative publications in the blog? What will you describe as a beg-for-vote post..?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: One sentence only?It is true that when we work hard and do not get a lookout it hurts, after all people come to join this platform to earn. But then I often see that most people love to concentrate on notifications of whales rather than focus on their creativity. I never support begging votes, at least, I never ask anyone to support my content,but I recommend some good posts because I think that is justified.

If some people habituate themselves to reading various posts, then they not only get an opportunity to improve themselves but also help some curators to highlight some quality posts.Today whatever I learn I learn because of my reading habits. So, yes, we must stop begging for votes and concentrate on our creativity. Everyone is able to see the sun when it rises in the sky.

: What advice would you like to give other Steemians who are also working hard to increase their growth?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: Patience, which @rme taught me, we must not lose hope and keep our focus on our goal. We must not forget the example of Albert Edison, it is our perspective toward our work that makes us different.

: Do you like music, and what is your kind of music?

🔶Sduttaskitchen: Of course, I love music. I love to listen to soft Indian songs, India is a country known for films. Some dance numbers I listen to while doing house errands that energize me a lot. Now let me ask you a question have you seen DDLJ?(Dilwale dulhania le jayenge- name of a hit Hindi film).

: I am not sure i have seen that before, i guess it must e very interesting...One Indian movie i remembered very well is the one titled "The Three Idiot" (All Is Well). I love that Movie..

: Talking about movies, i have a very interesting question..Why do Indian movies always contain dancing and singing even when the movie was not about song or dancing? Like all Indian movies or bollywood perse.., sometimes you will hear something like shahu...shahu..😂..,and then people will start to dance...

🔶Sduttaskitchen:🤣 One sentence only? Indians are romantic people, they like expressing themselves at all point, they try to cheer themselves up and that of others and most of those things are expressed through music. They are Beautiful people with good heart.

🔶Sduttaskitchen: I already give my support and whoever works for the refinement of this platform will always be there for them. I believe steemit is a family and we all are members of this family. Of course, my country's people will give their full support.

🔶Sduttaskitchen: I would say hats off to all of them for their effortless performance. My admiration and kudos to them.

🔶Sduttaskitchen: I would like to take some suggestions from them rather than give them because they have a myriad of wisdom and I know how to respect my seniors.
