The Interview Showcase #113: Exclusive Talk with A Bangladeshi blogger
Hello people of Steem and Steemit,
It's a new week, welcome to the 113th edition of “The interview showcase...." and my 37th show for 2024.
If you are new to this page, this lifestyle program has many educational values. A weekly interview of users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.
It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steem and Steemit itself.
I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.
They also share some tips that can help other users understand the blockchain and correctly use it. Sometimes they seek valuable suggestions here to help them solve some of their challenges.

On this week's show, I spent few moments with @nusuranur from Bangladesh who is also an admin in Steem Aliance community as well as the promotional team member of the @bangla.witness.
🔶Nusuranur : My experience has been very smooth since my beginning of this Steemit journey,because I joined Amar Bangla Blog just a few days after joining Steemit. So actually no bad experience happened to me.
🔶Nusuranur : I think it's @rme dada hiring me as his Virtual Private Assistant. Every one knows what kind of person he is. Because I am still a student and this is a big achievement for a student. He is very knowledgeable about the course I am studying. So I can learn a lot from him.
🔶Nusuranur : The amount of abuse has decreased a lot. I am saying because the amount of abuse on the Steemit platform has decreased a lot for Steem Watchers. Also, there was no one to help the Bengalis on this platform. Which we have achieved through Amar Bangla Blog, now we have it.
🔶Nusuranur : I definitely consider myself a successful Steemian. That's because I'm working to curb the abuse of this platform. I can work with many admins, mods on this platform through Steem Alliance community. I have been able to work for many users. I think being able to work for someone is a great success in a person's life.
🔶Nusuranur : One of the main reasons I write about my lifestyle most of the time is that I believe in enjoying life. That's why I like to share my various enjoyments with others. Because when we share our happiness with others, the amount of happiness actually increases.
🔶Nusuranur : My most successful post was the post after being appointed as a moderator of Amar Bangla Blog. Because I joined this platform as a normal user. Then I joined as a moderator of Amar Bangla blog, and after that I got so many important responsibilities.
🔶Nusuranur : Without lifestyle content I would love to share various educational tutorials. Because I really like it when I can help someone.
🔶Nusuranur : The concept of my writing is very life oriented and I prefer to write around the reality around me.
🔶Nusuranur : Most of the time I write about many topics on Steemit, make various announcements. Which will easily attract new readers as these are necessary for their work.
🔶Nusuranur : That is to study engineering. Because after I got admission in engineering, I felt that I have taken a big wrong decision in life. But later it seems that I have taken a very good decision.*

🔶Nusuranur : One of the ways to improve our writing is to improve our vocabulary and read other people's writing. I think reading other people's writing gives us more ideas to write.
🔶Nusuranur : Most of the ways I achieve this includes: helping other users by providing valuable information, helping others by answering question, offering encouragement, provide different perspective also as I am a admin, I am always trying to work for growth of other users
🔶Nusuranur : I want to eliminate environmental damage from this world forever. Also, if war can be stopped on Earth, I will. Because many people are losing their lives due to this war.
🔶Nusuranur : Besides working on Steemit I am doing engineering in an international university. I am a student of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE). Currently I am in 5th semester.
🔶Nusuranur : I am a citizen of Bangladesh and the most admirable thing about my country is the environment of our country i.e. nature. The natural beauty here is truly mesmerizing.
🔶Nusuranur : I get very annoyed when someone says something unreasonable between my words.
🔶Nusuranur : I would like to see our co-founder @blacks brother in your next interview. Because he has a very important role in this platform. So we have a lot more to know about him.
🔶Nusuranur : 😂I really enjoyed your question. Anyway, I am an unmarried person 😀 and a student. So basically I devote all my time to this platform, my engineering and younger siblings.
🔶Nusuranur : I would like to suggest to the Steemit team that the first thing needed to bring transparency to this platform is to support good bloggers. If good bloggers get support, I think more good bloggers will be encouraged to come to this platform. Along with that, the promotion of this platform is very much needed.
🔶Nusuranur : Of course this kind of showcase should continue. Because by your showcase we can know a lot and it is very nice.

I read another great interview, I really enjoyed it. Actually it is a great initiative, very easily through this show we can know the feelings and thoughts of others as well as his future plans with that platform. Like today I learned a lot about @nusuranur.
One thing I agree with him is that there should be transparency in all areas, otherwise the best bloggers will not be retained, which will not be good for the platform.
yes, transparency is too much necessary for us.
