Business communication is the distribution of information between people within and outside an organisation, It is very important in a company or an organization for a smooth running .
Just as communication is the bed rock of every relationship ,it is also the pillar of a successful business .what tools is to a workman is what communication is to any business.
It can catapult a small and upcoming business to a mighty one, if it is constantly put into use but it is quite a pity that a whole lot of people does not understand how it is been used or let me say how they use it.
An effective communication should be done by all the staffs and employees in an establishment to reach organisational goals which includes

Increases consumer products
Health care
Increase in market share and so on.
There is minimal display of errors when there is rapport amongst staffs and employees. A repeated miscommunication can make a company loose some deals , lack of communication makes a customers not to understand the value of the product.
