Good day friends and my fellow steemians, This unique dish which is well known in the Yoruba part and Igbo part of Nigeria 🇳🇬 the name of this dish is called moi moi so as I delve into the preparation of this great dish first your recipe for this are beans 4 cups, palm oil 35cl knorr seasoning cubes, salt, pepper, crayfish, onion, nylons.

Nigeria moimoi is the best in the world

First I wash my beans till all the eyes are out then I check them properly next I add pepper balls and big chunks of onion to the beans then I take it for grinding. It is going to be grinded in the machine that uses diesel. Then I take the already grinded beans to my house.

In a big bowl i pour in the beans, I add crayfish which I have pounded, I add 6 cubes of knorr seasoning cubes to the bowl, I add salt and then I stir it for everything to mix up properly.
Next I add warm water to the bowl about two cups, then I add my oil to it and stir together.

Then on your fire put in water in a big pot allow the water to start boiling and then you will gently put in your grinded beans to you nylon, then tie the top of the nylon and put in your pot which contain the boiling water repeat the process till you are done tieing all the beans then allow it to boil for an hour or more till it is all solid then drain out the water 💧 then serve your delicacy with corn pap or with custard 🍮.
