I learnt how to baked bread during the weekend

Good Morning friends on STEEM and welcome to my blog again.

I feel as a blogging site, one of the most beautiful thing is a diverse publications. This attracts more readers. It also gives out useful information on different subjects.

The short holiday in my friend's house last weekend was filled with many tutorials on how to bake bread.

There's no better time to spend with friends and loved ones than holidays.

A mini holiday season was a good chance to visit a friend who of course was baking a holiday bread.

As good as it looked above, it tastes even better.

So while I watched diligently, I don't mind giving you details of how you can bake your own home bread. Let's get right into it.

Ingredients and measurements

✔️ Yeast- half teaspoon
✔️ Butter- 2 teaspoons
✔️ Baking flour- 2 cups
✔️ Sugar(granulated preferably)
✔️Milk(powder)
✔️Egg- 1
✔️ Salt-half teaspoon
✔️ Water-half a measuring cup
✔️ Vegetable oil-optional

Apparatus for baking

✅ Oven
✅ Rolling board
✅ Rolling pin
✅ Bowls
✅ Pans
✅ Measuring cups
✅ Brush

Step 1

Add yeast to a bowel of warm water and 2 table spoon of sugar and cover it for 15-20 mins.

Measure 2 cups of flour into a new
basin add a teaspoon of sugar to taste.

Add a half teaspoon of salt and stir well

Turn the flour into the mixture of yeast and mix it thoroughly with your hands to consistency.

👉 Add some desire quantity of butter. be careful it doesn't become too sticky.

Note: Too much butter will only give your bread too much calories.

👉 Add your milk powder
👉 Mix well
👉 Add to your raw egg

👉 If it becomes too sticky or watery, add some flour.

Taste your mixture and if there's anything missing you can add more of it.

Cover it and keep it for about 45 minutes.

knead and roll the risen dough into desired shape and sizes according to your pan. You can take it in batches if you wish.

Use a brush to grease the rolled bread to avoid getting burnt.

Keep it for more 10-15 mins

Sake to the bread in a preheated oven for 30-45 mins at a 30°temperature or a step regulated degree as desired.

Check your bread if it's ready

Your bread is ready.

It might not get as easy as you just read especially if it's your first time.

Don't forget you can add any special ingredients to make it unique. Maybe a fruit or a preservative. be quantity wise though and enjoy your meal.

I am just trying few things out. Of course if I visit my friend's place again say ending of next month, we would do this again, and I'll definitely send some across to you.
