My daily Game yesterday: preparing to go back to school

Yesterday marked the beginning of my journey back to school after a relaxing break. The morning unfolded with a sense of anticipation as I prepared to rejoin the hustle and bustle of academic life.

The alarm clock jolted me awake, its persistent beeping echoing the end of the holiday indulgence. Grudgingly, I peeled myself from the warmth of my bed and ventured into the routine of getting ready. The school uniform, neatly hung in the closet, felt unfamiliar after weeks of casual attire.

Breakfast, a quick affair, lacked the leisurely pace of holiday mornings. The aroma of freshly brewed coffee and the warmth of toast offered a fleeting comfort as I mentally braced myself for the challenges ahead.

The backpack, now heavier with textbooks and supplies, rested against the door, a tangible reminder of the responsibilities awaiting me. I double-checked my stationery, ensuring that every pen, pencil, and notebook found its place. The weight of anticipation mingled with a hint of anxiety, a common sentiment before the commencement of a new term.

The commute back to school was a mix of nostalgia and apprehension. Familiar landmarks gained significance, each one symbolizing the return to a structured routine. The chatter of fellow students on the bus, animated and lively, hinted at the shared sentiment of starting anew.
