Through this post and the activities I did today, we can all learn and capture important messages in life. There are two important messages, including.

Hello stemian friends, today Wednesday, January 22, 2025 all of us employees who served in the office of the Ministry of Religion of the city of Lhokseumawe gathered to receive an extension of the new duty contract in 2025.

One of the officials explained to us that this year the budget for paying contract employees was reduced by the central government, the reduced budget was the budget in one of the sub-sections in our agency.

Of the four employees working in that section, only one employee is paid. So there are three people who are threatened with not getting a salary this year, in addition to not getting a salary the three people are also threatened with not getting a new contract extension.

Officials of the Lhokseumawe City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs sat in the front seats.

Of course, officials from the Lhokseumawe City Office of the Ministry of Religious Affairs are trying to find a solution to this problem, they have coordinated with other sectors to find a middle ground and find the best solution.

On that occasion the official explained that, we took the initiative to call one of the employees who received the salary, we talked and conveyed the problem openly, finally we came to a conclusion where to continue the extension of the new duty contract for the three people then one of the employees who received the salary must be willing to share his salary.

This is an emotional moment and should be an example for all of us to help each other in doing good, the sincere attitude carried out by the employee is not necessarily able to be followed by many other employees. Of course he has become a hero for his friends who are threatened with not getting a new work contract.

In addition, on that occasion we also received a briefing to continue to maintain the good name of the agency where we work. Keeping a good name is an obligation for all of us. We are reminded not to spit on our own plate, these words are very simple but have a very deep meaning.

One way to maintain a good name is to maintain behavior, maintain the way we communicate when providing services and maintain a way of thinking that encourages peace, not encouraging hostility that can lead to conflict.

In addition to these messages we are also encouraged and required to be able to provide the best service when carrying out work, instill intentions in working not just to complete tasks, but how to contribute, innovation and creativity for the progress of the agency where we work.

After completing the briefing activity, the event continued with the distribution of SK or work contract letters. One by one the names of employees are called forward, because the room is limited, employees are only called up to several waves.

After the handover and handover procession the event continued with a group photo activity. The event ended, the committee then gave each of us a packet of boxed cake as consumption. Participants were then invited to return home to the office where they carried out their
duty.
