The Diary Game: A Beautiful Day At My Friend's Place [10/02/2025]

Good day my friends and steemit family, it's a blessed week and Monday kick-started the new week, I had so much fun, tried a new kind of food, so why not have a seat let me share with you all how my day went?

I woke up quite sound and healthy and yes, I spent the night in my friend's house because we had an unfinished work to do, waking up, I just had to help him with some chores then went outside and bought breakfast of boiled cassava with grilled fish, I have never tasted such before and today I decided to try it out as breakfast.

It turned out the combo was just so nice, so I bought another one again and ate it till I was satisfied. After eating I took my bath and brushed my mouth because the fish was actually making my to smell a little bit.

After bathing and brushing, I took my rest and was just sitting right there on his work seat. I was just going through some posts on steemit then voted on some and commented on some. I did this from around 8am to 10am before I made my first post then went offline to help my friend out since it's a new apartment and he needs to set it up.

I went to the backyard and met him weeding the grass, I had to help him remove the cobwebs, they were much anyways but I can always do more for my friend. It took us nearly 2 hours to make the backyard look neat.

When we were done, it was 3pm already, so I came back inside and took my bath since I was really sweating and tired at the same time. After bathing, I just took my nap and then by 4pm I was already up because he (my friend) wanted to get someone to fix the borehole, the pump wasn't functioning and needed to be replaced so I went out to see what the plumber was doing since I have a little idea about plumbing work.

As the plumber was doing his work, I had to snap the front view of the compound because it was really beautiful, it's not a modern building but the edifice is too big and well kept and the white paint adds more beauty to the compound.

By 5:40pm, the plumber was done and the water was rushing, so be paid the plumber and then we decided to step out to go get dinner because personally I was hungry as well as he was. So I took us a selfie then we left the compound.

When we came back, I took my bath and then brought out the food we bought then we began to eat, actually it's melon soup with water leaf, my favourite food.

When we finished eating, I wanted to share my diary but at the same time I was kind of weak so I suggested we play whott, we played and I lost by 2 scores anyways, it's been a while I played this card and I am still good at it.

After playing, I went outside the compound and bought watermelon to eat, this was the last thing I ate before going to bed. After eating the fruit, I just went to bed and that was a wrap for Monday, thank you so very much guys for staying up with me, I really do appreciate you all, I love you all guys.
