Assalamu Alaikum my dear friends, how are you all, I hope you are all doing well by the grace of Allah. Alhamdulillah I am also very well by the grace of Allah. Today I am going to share a post about health in "Hot News Community". I am going to share a very nice nutritious fruit. Today I want to talk about some benefits of orange food. I hope you like them very much. So let's start.
Elders say that health is the root of all happiness. In fact, this is true because if our health is not good, we will not like anything. So in order to maintain good health we should eat some nutritious food every day and exercise regularly because if we exercise for a minimum of one hour every day our body will be healthy and besides exercising. A variety of fruits and vegetables and meat should be eaten. I am going to share one of these fruits with you today which is currently being cultivated commercially in Bangladesh.
I am going to share some of the benefits of eating oranges. Although oranges look small, they have a lot of nutritional value which is very important for a human body. Now I will discuss among you the benefits of eating some oranges. First of all, we want to say that most of the oranges we get in the market are given formalin and chemicals, so we should use the oranges that grow in the natural environment, even the oranges that are cultivated in the rural areas, and even the oranges that are grown at home and made from orange trees are beneficial for our health. Eating oranges with chemicals and formalin will cause more harm than our health so we should.
Eating chemical free fruits. Keeping that in mind, oranges are being grown in large quantities in our rural areas, oranges have various nutrients, now let's know them.A large quantity of oranges are available in the market during winter. But not knowing the health importance and nutritional content of this fruit, many people do not like to eat it. Now I will show you some benefits of this orange food. Orange will be for those suffering from extra cold fever. An advanced medium does not contain colds, flus and fevers and gets rid of them instantly. And since oranges play an important role in boosting the immune system of various diseases.
And eating a lot of oranges increases the skin brightness of the body. Because oranges contain a lot of vitamin C which helps to prevent excessive hair fall. And oranges also play a huge role in beautifying the skin. Oranges contain vitamin C as well as vitamin B and calcium. These ingredients play a role in controlling high blood pressure. Many people suffer from eye problems and even have poor eyesight.
Regular consumption of oranges improves eyesight because oranges contain vitamin A which helps in improving eyesight. Also, oranges play a special role in strengthening our brain, and these oranges also have various nutrients that I may not be able to share. Seeing so many benefits, we should eat at least two oranges every day, which is very beneficial for our human body and will prevent many diseases. By doing these you will like it very much.
