Steemit Engagement Challenge S5-W1 | My traditional Wears

Hi to everyone in this great platform how are you guys doing I hope all of you are pretty much cool .I am really happy to partake in this engagement because one will really talk on how they dress in their region or culture .which I will be privilege to share my Muslim Attire expecially us hear the Hausa in Cameroon,and I will say we Muslim have our own type of dressing in which. My where we are .we are been identified

Native wears in Cameroon

So I will say Cameroon is a country which is bicultural in nature .that is so many tribe in Cameroon have their own kind of dressing and we Muslim we have a dressing which is called (hijab and for instance ,in the coastal region they put on but white t/shirt for men while women put on ‘’caba ‘’and which is equally free to wear in a hot climate condition in the part of the country .so I will say due to our religious aspect we women don’t put on clothes that show of the body so we put on hijab that cover our part of the body which makes one look responsible

For instance men hear put on what we called” agwada “it is a dress put on by Muslim men in which ,anywhere there are .there are been recognized ,so they put it on anytime anywhere no matter the occasion especially on Fridays when they are going to Friday prayers most of them are dress in that method hear in Cameroon

We also have this dress which is called “sewing rapa”that the most common dress that we wear in any occasion and in our day to day activities especially we the Hausa Muslim in Cameroon ,I can say it our day to day dress that you can fine any house women putting it on anytime and day .weather places are hot or cool it doesn’t matter because we are used to it

Again we also have a dress which called “himar “ this is mostly used by Muslim married women .but it not only wear by married women even single ladies can wear it to .but it not a must for them to wear it since there are not married ,but for married women it a most for them ,we also have what called “gale” is like” himar “too it can be put by both parties too but their sizes matter

Cost price of our dress

So I will say the cost price of this dresses matter which is quality is more expensive than quantity
I will go by saying that all of them are expensive hijab ,and rapa and any of them depend on their design

Hijab is very expensive to be frank because it is mostly bought during sallah time one can cost 45thousand France which in steem price is 250

“Shadda” I will say it is in yard .to sew it one yard cannot be enough for an adult it can be only 5yard so since one yard is 5thousand France which is ,in steem it will be 45steempower and in total the five yard will be 75steempower

“galle “ and himar ”are the most cheaper ones and it affordable for one to buy ,one of it can cost 5 to 7 thousand France which it in steempower it cost 45-50

What is the durability

I think the durability of each of this dress go with the quality .so if one buys the good material which is expensive it will take long and will not fade away so soon and I can tell you ,when you put it on you will see that it look good even the texture of the material will show how good it is.that why I say with it durability it matters with the quality , if am saying the truth

Do you think the hijabs .shadda himar and galle can be allowed to be won in other places

Yes all of this can be won other places since is not made for only Muslim in Cameroon ,but Nigerian Muslim can put it on to since it a cloth base in Muslim region especially we the Hausas .which I know that is not restricted in all part of the world .in general so one is free to wear it on at any place .time and month

Are there similarities between i your local wear and other part of the world

Yeah there are similarities between our Muslim dress and other part of the world ,like the hijab I will say it is similar with Christian owned too but the different is that their own are a little transparent as compared with the once’s of Muslim also when we come to sewing rapa there are similar but what makes but what changes it a little bit is the styling at time

Conclusion
I will say all these clothe can be won in all part of the world with no restrictions due to Muslim region and I will like to invite @saxopedia @marito75 and and @jueco to participate in on this challenge
