Indomie and Sarimie, The Most Popular Fast Food in Indonesia

Hello Friends of the creative Hot News Community, the best greetings to all of you.

I have long known from the various information that exists and I read, that thousands of years ago, there was one of the wheat flour dough that was processed into a food called Noodles, this processed food came from China. The manufacturing process was fairly difficult to produce noodles that matched the texture and taste, so noodle food at that time was quite famous in China. Even a few years later, the famous noodles to other countries, brought by Chinese traders to all parts of the world, when they came to trade.

According to the history I read, in some countries where Chinese merchants came, eating noodles became an upscale food or eating that was included in the expensive category at that time. Until finally developed and continues to be known to various countries in the world, one of which is Indonesia.

When entering Indonesia, noodle food continues to experience development, many people in Indonesia try to make and serve noodles in different forms and preparations. Some are made into noodle dishes with local spices such as Aceh noodles and boiled noodles, to develop into packaged noodles that are quite famous until now.

This packaging noodle was quite popular in Indonesia until the Indonesian people claimed that the packaging noodles that had been wrapped in packaging, is the original noodles from Indonesia. And we call it by the name of Sarimi or also Indomie.

Sarimi or Indomie is the world's first packaged noodles produced by one of the largest factories in the field of fast food in Indonesia. According to existing news sources, the factory that houses the noodle production is called a Limited Liability Company or PT called Indofood. PT. Indofood produced the first packaged noodles in 1972 which was named Sarimi. Along with the development and also changes in the company's shareholders, Sarimi changed its name to Indomie, and the name is known until now.

There is a variant of the most famous in Indonesia, namely Indomie chicken curry. Indomie chicken curry is a ready-to-eat (instant) noodle that has a delicious taste, with a sauce that tastes like chicken curry. With spices that are quite typical, chicken curry noodles are cooked with a soup dish. Then there are ready-to-eat (instant) fried noodles, namely mei Sedap Goreng. This type of noodle does not have gravy when eaten, because the seasoning will be mixed after the noodles are seized first for a not-so-long time. The taste of fried spices mixed with sweet soy sauce, oil, and sauce in the package, mixed and stirred until the seasoning is evenly distributed and consumed in a dry state so-called fried noodles. Next is Mie Sedap Soto, a noodle soup typical of Indonesian cuisine, namely Soto. As chicken curry noodles, these noodles are also consumed in a boiled state, and add spices evenly until the sauce looks thickened. The taste of spices mixed in the soup is really in accordance with the taste of Soto which is one of the traditional foods of Indonesia. In other countries, variants and flavors may be different, and this adjusts the habits and preferences of the taste that is preferred by the people in these countries.

Anda salah memahami maksud saya.
