You Will Be Surprised How Much House You Can Buy For Just a Little Crypto
Coming next year is a lot of coincident things.
And this will scare a lot of people, destroy many people's finances, and of course, if you are aware it is coming, make a lot of profit.
I say "profit" because it wouldn't be true to say "make a lot of money", unless you shift (redefine) your idea/definition of money.
2025 will be the year we redefine so many things.
As in, we will see, or we will see the cracks really showing in:
- retirement savings
- real estate intrinsic worth
- world reserve currency
- multi-polar world
- what our govern-cement really is
- the national debt
- who are our real friends around the world.
Cryptos go UP
The biggest thing we will see next year (kinda because we are already focussed on crypto) is the crypto bull run.
This isn't going to be like any other crypto bull run that we have had before.
- We will see real institutional money enter the crypto space.
- We will see exchanges run out of bitcoin.
- We will see ETFs fail, because their price cannot keep up with real bitcoin.
- We will see most of the garbage cryptos just disappear.
We may see adoption, as in, forced adoption because we need to send money, and dollars/banking isn't available.
We will probably see the biggest FOMO movement we can imagine.
We may see the destruction of the dollar, although this may happen later, we will probably see a lot of "fiat value go down".
And we will probably see the actual BRICS currency come into being.
Further, Ripple starts their cross border payments plan. (these two may be the same thing)
In other words, cryptos go UP
Real Estate Prices Go DOWN
Next year we are going to see huge amounts of foreclosures on houses.
And this will result in many banks failing.
On top of this, there will be a lot of homes trying to be sold before the market completely falls down.
- People who have extra houses
- Small time landlords looking to get out (if you are in California, SELL NOW)
- AirBNB homes, forced out of business, will be dumped on the market.
- Commercial real estate that can't be sold, will be converted to residences.
- Foreclosures, short sales, auction homes, there will be a LOT of these
In other words, the crash is going to start, and people are going to be rushing to sell, which will make the crash happen faster.
AND, people won't have any money to buy them.
(nor will they qualify for a mortgage from the few banks left)
Real estate will be sold for whatever people can give them for it.
You will be shocked how much house you can get for little crypto
People will be looking to sell their real estate.
People will also be looking to acquire any crypto they can get their hands on.
So, i am envisioning a world where those with crypto can buy the land they have always dreamed of.
Today it would be 10 bitcoin for the average million dollar home.
Next year, i believe the… i do not know how to put this into numbers, but it will probably be 0.1 bitcoin for the same house.
The home sellers would like $500,000 for their (what used to be) million dollar house
but bitcoin is going on a tear, to a million per. (so that would be 0.5 bitcoin)
However, the house is dropping each day, and the crypto is rising each day, so where the sellers would like to sell for $500,000, they will sell for only $100,000 (or less) when considering they will get crypto. (and lets be real, they will never get $500,000 USD for the house, that number is just holding onto what they thought it was worth back in 2024)
The same calculations in XRP will probably scare what's left of your sanity away.
Next year, and more every year that follows, we will redefine what money means, what value means.
More people will lose faith in the dollar. More competition for the top currency spot between countries. Govern-cements lose in the war for currency dominance.
The games that people play with currencies will be seen as evil, and to be stopped.
The games that people play with real estate will be seen as evil, and to be stopped.
But, 2025 is just the first years leading to these obvious conclusion.
However, i feel that 2025 will see a crypto go up, real estate go down dynamic we haven't seen before.
And it is a really good time to get out of the cities.
Especially in Japan! I'm convinced they are about 10 years ahead of us with their currency situation and birth rate implosion. Also I agree that some stuff could get very cheap in comparison to relatively small amounts of crypto if all the positive things play out.
But i want my workshop NOW!
I am unsure i will wait very long.
Renting seems too hard. Everywhere wants a 12 mo lease.
And in the towns i am looking at, a fixer upper is less than a few years rent.
I do want to live in the area before choosing the area, but it seems like such a waste of money, and a high hurdle to leap to get into rental.
And, i still need the workshop.
Japan, if you do not want in city dwelling, has gotten soooo cheap. Old folks gone, house just sits empty.
America will be much more accelerated, because we will stack all of our crashes together.

I posted this as a response to one of the other comments. I hear you on the renting not making sense. Get's you locked in too long most places. The one house they showed on there could be a great place to have your workshop and be able to do seller financing or pay for your stay by doing repairs or something. I don't know. It's a crazy concept in some respects.
