These Asset Classes Are Not Going Down in Value, They Are Going Away

Things that we just take for granted, as a business that will stay around forever, "a good investment", are just going to disappear, and quite quickly.

Many companies on the NYSE look solid and should keep going for decades to come, however, they are a house of cards, and one shift, and they will disappear. And, i mean, poof, gone.

The people are too upset at these sociopathic companies. And when the door opens with the new technologies peeking out, then all the people will abandon them. And the people will say good riddance.

However, if you are invested in these companies, or these soon to be "ancient" products, you will find you have nothing but junk.

Electric Company Stock

"You know there is nothing more stable than utilities?" - Said many a retirement planner

Well, people are tired of paying more and more for less and less, and having to put up with less courtesy. The shenanigans are getting really bad. The prices for hooking up to the grid are so high, that many people installed an off-grid solar array for less money.

In the future, we won't even concern ourselves with electric companies, nuclear energy, coal or oil.

We have access to continuous non-polluting energy, and as soon as more people realize that it is right there available to them, then the demand will so great that electric companies won't be able to say no… however, it won't matter because people will be making small, local continuous non-polluting energy generation.

So, If you are thinking of investing in power companies, you will find that your investment will be gone. The power company will have died a horrible death.

Motor Vehicles and/or GM stock

The large automobile manufacturers think they have a lock on the market. They have regulated all competition away. They even believe they can push battery powered vehicles on people who want nothing to do with them.

These arrogant auto manufacturers feel they can make the car unrepairable by normal people, and get away with it.

However, they do not realize how little good will is left towards them even existing.

And then, blam, we have flying cars. And the flying cars and their power sources are MUCH easier to build. And people building them in their garages will be all the rage. Making the large automobile manufactures cry out with rage, and try to get the govern-cements to ban them. But the people have had enough of being ripped off by the big auto makers, and they won't stop.

So, people will keep some automobiles around, just in case, but they will slowly rot from lack of use. Some people will maintain the great, old cars, but they will have to start brewing their own bio-diesel/gasoline to drive them, on their own private racetracks. As roads are let go back to nature, and the gasoline supply network is slowly abandoned.

Sure, there will be a short time of "electric wheeled vehicles" (not battery powered) and a lot of people will be yanking the engines out of their cars and plopping in motors with the new electronics, but it will be a short window.

The giant auto manufacturers are living on borrowed time. Just a little whiff of this new tech, and people will drop them soooo fast. Ford, Chevy, GM and the conglomerates that are playing games with the names, will all be dead. Nobody will care when they cry for help to stay out of bankruptcy.

(Further, the idea of driving to work and living in a city is coming to an end. Less vehicles will be needed, on top of this)

Black rock and City Real Estate

And, of course, my old favorite i cannot afford to not mention. City and suburban real estate are going to be left abandoned.

There are two paths working here. Black rock, and the mother WEFers who own them, want to build 15 minute cities open air prisons, and so they will be causing crisis to be buying up cheap property. While the smart people are seeing that the cities are not the place to be as WOKE cancel culture cancels itself.

Maybe Black rock feels it can destroy enough houses to keep housing supply stay tight as the population falls off a cliff. We are looking at half of the city/suburb houses being left empty within ten years. If there is houses everywhere empty, then why would anyone pay for one? I do not believe Black rock or the mother WEFers have worked out just how big and fast of a drop there will be. And just how fast the homesteading crowd will be getting out of the cities.

REITs are bad investments already. You already have to wait to get out of the REIT, if you are already in it. Most will be trapped in it as it goes and smashes through zero.

Commercial property is already crashing. Crashing so much that there are plans (desperate plans) to turn them into condos/apartments. They have to try, because these investors have so much money put into these big buildings, however they are really too late. They are going to be trying to sell into a falling market, that won't stop falling.

The small banks will go under because of the amount of loan defaults. And then the medium sized banks will fall too.

Real estate, rentals, AirBNB, REITs, smaller banks are all going into the shitter.

In the future, we won't even use these words. The concepts will seem stupid. But, before then, these investments become liabilities very quickly.

It is like betting on fiat Bolivars against bitcoin. The new technology is coming. The old is already dying.

The dominoes have been set up (those mother WEFers set them up) and they are going to fall fast (and from angles that the mother WEFers didn't plan for).

I am unsure i would advice you to get out of these markets. In many ways it is already too late. However, even a small investment in bitcoin will set you up well for the future. So, do not worry too much.

Work towards finding your new tribe/family. Work at getting out of the cities. Work at growing your own food (with all the automation) Invest in skills, friends and freedom.
