MY FAVORITE FOOD

My favorite food is Ekpang Nkukwo. Well, well, well guess the name is difficult to pronounce. It is a traditional food in Akwa ibom state. It is prepared in a special way and I am so much in love with the food. The aroma alone is satisfying, it is such an amazing meal that I probably do not like sharing with nobody. Not even my siblings, food like this are amazing to come by I guess you should endeavor to try it once you visit Akwa Ibom State, I bet you won't regret it .

INGREDIENTS

• Cocoyam
• Wateryam
• Nkukwo (leave)
• kpomo
• Meat
• Stockfish, fish, crayfish.
• Pepper, palm oil, maggi, salt, onion,
periwinkle.

PROCEDURE FOR MAKING MY FAVORITE FOOD

The cocoyam, together with with your water yam must be grated. Wrap it with either Nkukwo leave, or a potatoe leave. In a pot, put your palm oil inside, use it to rub round inside the pot.
Adding other compounding seasoned ingredients like your seasoned periwinkle, meat, kpomo, stockfish, fish. Grind your crayfish properly and add to it, slice your onion into it, add your maggi, and salt. With your already boiled water, use it to pour round.
Place it on fire and allow it to heat up for forty minutes continually check on it. Add water, when necessary again in the pot. Do not forget to add salt to taste. Add your palm oil allow to cook for 2minute add your sliced vegetable and stir properly. Take it down from fire, serve with a chilled bottle of water.

I so much enjoy the food called Ekpang Nkukwo
It's just an amazing food I can't describe well enough.
It is the only food I never reject no matter how sick I am.
Ekpang Nkukwo contains minerals, carbohydrates, vitamin and protein. More like should I say it is definitely a balanced diet.
It induces weight, it is a meal prominence for fattening care, and very essential for newly born mothers in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria.
