I have my tron wallet and have always wanted to freeze for a long time to see how much I can get, but out of necessity I have ended up selling the trx.

You can freeze them on tronlink wallet. it is very easy process. Just import your wallet with the 12words.
You are right, freezing is easy, but the images you show in your post differ from what I see when I am about to freeze. That's why I have some doubts. In fact, when I'm about to freeze I don't need a twelve word key, just a few clicks and I'm done.
