SLC season 21 week 6 ||The Flan||

Well friends it's first experience for me I am from Pakistan and our desserts are rich with our culture and traditions, so it's not from my country but the egg pudding made my by many time but not exactly the recipe of Flan but similar in taste, so it's challenge for me that's why I read and understand all the lecture of this week and search details about the Flan because it's new dessert for me ,I got good results I followed the recipe which were given in lecture,so guys let's start my blog 💕.

How I made/step by step procedure
Step :1
In step one I made caremal first for fan so for that I took a mould in which pan would be used add sugar and little amount of water that enough to caremalixed the sugar and turned out in brown colour as we need by heating method
Step : 2
Now in second step blend the remaining ingredients in blender jug in which eggs , condensed milk, milk and vanilla essence then pour in mould which had caremal on base of pan.
Before put ingredients in blander jar take a pan add some water and placed on heat when the water became hot it's right to transfer mould carefully under water that cooked the flan easily.

Final Presentation of my Flan
Tadaaa it's done I unmold it carefully but unfortunately it was not properly demolding by me small part checked or may be stick during cooking,the taste were super delicious ,at last I captured the pictures and share here .
As I said above it's my first experience so I was little bit confused how it will turn out but luckily it's quite well and the taste of the flan is too good but small edge of the flan was cracked.
During un molding I became frightened it would break or creak by me but luckily everything done nicely done and my kids enjoying and liked the taste of flan infact it's new dessert for them 😄.Over all it's nice experience for me .
The specialty of the course is that I learned new recipes and information about the pastries and dessert that I never know before so I love to learn continue from these type of course and good luck to the team for next season 22 💓 with our beloved teachers @dasudi and @lirvic .
Well yes when you made caremal on that time keep eye on the change of colour it not burnt will might be light brown other wise your caremal taste bitter .
To serve a flan before unmolding by knife around the edges of mold to loosen it then un mold ,the caremal will running on top gives nice presentation.to flan.
Make sure to let it cool.cimoletly or settled for that put in fridge for at least 4 hours for perfect shape and yummy taste.
Well yes I love to share this flan to my lovely friend and beautiful hardworking steemins friend But virtually not possible due to long distance from our houses so I informed her I made flan for her ,I invited her but she really want to meet up at my home but she was also busy in some personal that's why she didn't came at my place but next definitely she will try my hand made flan inshallah.
