Assalam o alaikum friends welcome to my post I am @sualeha from Pakistan it's pleasure for me to share my home assignment in week 5 in herbal medicine course season in Steemit learning challenge,the lecture of this week as usual very informative and educational I learned and understand then share my home work so guys let's start my blog I hope you all are being with me till end.

Here are three different herbs that can support respiratory health:
Eucalyptus
Eucalyptus having decongestant properties. Due to eucalyptol, minimize the inflammation in the respiratory tract and blockage of airflow. The extract or eucalyptus oil can be added or mixed with a carrier oil for different disease.
Benefits and how it's helpful in respiratory health
Due to several beneficial properties effects respiratory health brilliantly some are ..
The oil can help loosen mucus in the airways,This can certainly helpful for bronchitis, colds, and sinusitis.Its also had Anti-inflammatory effects due to this properties that can help reduce inflammation in the respiratory Effective in conditions like asthma.
Eucalyptus fight against bacteria and viral infections had antimicrobial properties, can prevent from.deconjection and support overall respiratory health and help and prevent it.An other property of it is that soothing scent help in relaxation and solved breathing issues during respiration distress.
Ginger
Ginger is highly inflammatory having expectorant properties so it's control mucus from respiratory track .
Ginger contains compounds like gingerol and shogaol, which have strong anti-inflammatory effects. This can help reduce inflammation in the airways, providing relief from conditions such as asthma and bronchitis.
Ginger has antimicrobial properties that can help fight off infections ,it has soothing effects so good in cough and cold gives relief ,it's tea very helpful in flu and caught.
Ginger improved blood circulation in whole body including lungs so it's possible more and smooth supply of oxygen in.a body through lungs .
Peppermint
This herb very popular and used in treatment of respiratory blockage by it's soothing effects due to menthol contains ,gives cooling effect and can help to relief the throat and clear runny nose ,it's drink and tea relief ☕ the patient.
Benefits and how it's helpful in respiratory health
As I said above due to Menthol content gives nice and cooling effect and clear throat and nasal passages. That's why make breathing easier.Similar to ginger, peppermint acts as an expectorant. It helps to loosen mucus in the respiratory tract, making it easier.
Having anti-inflammatory properties of peppermint inflammation in the respiratory system, which is beneficial for conditions like asthma ,it's all had anti bariatric and viral property so it stop or minimize the rate of infection in hum body.Also play good role in caught and throat irritation since for long time .
Spinach 🥬
Spinach or palak is loaded with iron content. Due to non-heme type of iron found in plant-based meals infact having good amount of iron, containing oxalates, need source for iron absorption in body so Spinach consumption with vitamin C rich food ,lemon ,oranges or all citrus having good amount of vitamin C , bell peppers also loaded with vitamin C rich food.So add in your daily menu.
Fenugreek
Seeds of fenugreek are a good source of iron and help to enhance iron level in the body are highly recommend for improving iron deficiency patients.It can be added in various forms like fresh ,seeds and powder state in cooking.They also contain Manu others nutrients that needs our body so overall healthcare we must add in our foods as you like it fresh or dry form .
Coriander
Coriander leaves or hara dhanya contain some iron, as compared to less then Spinach ,it's also rich in antioxidants that improve digestion and helped in better nutrient absorption. We should add coriander in your diet ,infact give aroma and taste along with many nutritional benefits,I like to add it's fresh leaves in dishes .
Herbal remedy which can boost the iron level in body
Friends I share here very simple but effective remedy that really cool and beneficial to boost iron level in body for the we needed ingredients..
Fenugreek seeds 1 tea spoon
Coriander leaves few leaves
Lemon few drops
Water 1 glass
Method
Step : 1 :For making tea first take one glass of water let it boiled .
Step :2 : Now I added fenugreek seeds, coriander leaves in Pan and cook it about 5 to 10 minutes and covered it for few minutes .
Step :3 : now strain it in cup and add few drops of lemon and enjoying the iron rich drink ....
Herbs for High Blood Pressure
Garlic 🧄 🧄
Garlic has naturally great ability to reduce blood circulation and relax blood vessels shown blood pressure cintrol.Teachers shown ea positive effect on blood circulation.Tje miracle results got Patients ,it would be added in soups ,curries ,daals and different smoothes for enhance taste along with health point of view.adding it to salads, soups, or smoothies.Its supplements are also available in market used it after your doctor's consultant.
Coriander Seeds
Coriander seeds having antioxidants properties so it's reduce help stress in the body also friendly for better heart health and blood pressure control.
These seeds had great anti-inflammatory compounds in coriander can help reduce promoting better circulation and good for lowering blood pressure.Coriander seeds helping the body eliminate excess sodium and water.Some reaches shown coriander seeds can help lower cholesterol level.
Cumin Seeds
Cumin seeds having good digestion properties, that's helpful in over all health digestive system.Also antioxidant and Anti-inflammatory both coriander, cumin seeds also good for heart health and maintain b.p.
Cumin helping in regulate blood sugar levels, infant high blood sugar can contribute to high blood pressure , cumin seeds are a good for balance and healthy blood circulation and provided essential nutrients for body .
Remedy for preventing high blood pressure .
I make very simple and easy tea for high blood pressure control so guys let's start my Remedy.The ingredients we needed....
- Cumin seeds 1 tea spoon
- Coriander seeds 1 tea spoon
- Water
- Honey (option)
- Method
Step:1 :take one glass of water let it boiled.
Step :2 :Now add coriander seeds and cumin seeds and boiled it for few minutes then strain out in cup .
enjoy the refreshing tea ☕ for better taste also add honey as per taste it will control BP .
Herbs for Low Blood Pressure:
Ginger
Ginger can help increase blood circulation and improve blood pressure levels. Patients added ginger into their diet it to teas or as a aroma and taste in cooking. Ginger tea also good for low blood pressure and digestion.
Cardimun
Cardamom had quality to improve blood circulation so good circulation can help to maintain blood pressure levels if they are too low Cardamom contains essential vitamins and minerals that can support and maintain it also sugar in body so it's also good in diabetes.
it may help in balancing fluids in the body, which can be beneficial in managing blood pressure levels.
Cinnamon
Cinnamon is not only raise blood pressure also help regulate blood sugar levels.So stable blood sugar can contribute to more stable blood pressure levels, having strong anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties so it's support overall cardiovascular health cinnamon can improve blood circulation, which may help to increase low blood pressure.
Home remedy effective in low BP
For instantly fast relief to maintain blood pressure level I share here simple and easy remedy for you ....
Ingredients:
- Ginger one inch pice
- Water one glass
- Cardimun 2/3 pieces
- Honey ( optional)
Method
Step:1: For tea take one glass of water in pan and let it boiled.
Step :2 : now add ginger slices or crushed and cardimun whole in water and let it boiled for few minutes.
Step :3 : Now staring tea ☕ in cup add honey or sugar according to your taste because sugar or honey also maintene sugar level in body so it's good in low blood pressure.Do friends enjoy healthy yummy tea ......
