Cuisine by Issyk-Kul Lake in Kyrgyzstan!
During my journey through Central Asia, I arrived in Kyrgyzstan and stayed in a villa resort on the shores of Issyk-Kul Lake. Issyk-Kul, like a dazzling sapphire, lies quietly amidst the vast mountains, surrounded by towering snow-capped peaks.
The villa is perched by the lake, with a spacious balcony facing the water. In the early morning, a thin mist floats on the lake, with the distant mountains looming like a hidden paradise, creating a dreamlike atmosphere.
At noon, I decided to visit a local restaurant to try freshly grilled fish from Issyk-Kul. The restaurant, nestled by the lake, had wooden tables and chairs exuding a natural charm, with the shimmering lake reflecting outside the windows. The waiter recommended a traditional grilled fish dish, prepared with freshly
caught lake fish and marinated in unique local spices. The fish was crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and bursting with flavor.
As a gentle breeze blew in from the lake, accompanied by the peaceful surroundings, I savored the distinct taste of this land. It felt as if time had stopped, bringing a deep sense of tranquility and relaxation to my soul.
