Ingredients
1/2 comb of ripe kepok banana
80 grams of rice flour
50 grams of wheat flour
50 grams of cornstarch
35 grams of butter
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp granulated sugar
250 mg water
Steps
~Prepare the materials to be used. Peel the kepok banana skin, then cut the banana according to taste.
~Then, set the banana aside.
After that, prepare another container. Mix rice flour, wheat flour, cornstarch, salt, baking soda, vanilla and granulated sugar.
~Then, stir until smooth. If so, add the water slowly and stir again until all the ingredients are mixed. Make sure there are no lumps in the mixture.
~Then, melt the butter and put it in the dough bowl. Then, stir until evenly mixed. After that, take the sliced kepok bananas and dip them in the mixture. Make sure all sides of the banana are coated with the mixture.
~Then, heat the oil over medium low heat. Fry the bananas that have been covered in batter until half cooked.
~When done, slowly pour 2 tablespoons of the mixture from the top of the pan at a distance of approximately 25 cm. Stir and turn the bananas until the mixture sticks together.
~Separate the bananas that are stuck together.
Repeat pouring the mixture into the pan 2 or 3 times.
~Then, cook the fried bananas until they change color to brownish yellow.
