Food Photography Challenge - Week 76

As for the food photo that I show here is one of my favourite food, sweet and sour snapper. The photo of the snapper cooked with sweet and sour spices is the result of the chef's cooking at one of the food stalls where I stopped by for lunch.
Sweet and sour snapper seafood menu
The seafood menu sweet and sour snapper is very good to enjoy especially when the snapper meat is fried first and then seasoned with sweet and sour sauce with the addition of pineapple. It makes the taste of this dish very special, savoury mixed with spicy, sour and sweet. Snapper is also famous for its soft and highly nutritious meat texture. That afternoon I also ordered a vegetable menu to complement lunch, namely cah kangkung.
Sweet and sour snapper and cah kangkung
Cah kangkung is a stir-fried vegetable and one of Indonesia's simple but very popular menus and is cooked by stir-frying, but its deliciousness is unquestionable.
I think the sweet and sour snapper and cah kangkung are a great combination of food to enjoy, nutritious and good for your health.

Very nice to see your food photography. Maybe they are unfamiliar to me because I live in Bangladesh and Bangladeshi food is not available like this. Still nice to see the dishes. Thanks for presenting us with beautiful food photography.
