Yes, it is called self plagiarism. You can't post same thing published on other sites.
Also it is fall in the category of cross posting which is also not allowed.

Simple you are not writing original content here, you are copy pasting the same content from your blog in other site. This is called self plagiarism and also cross posting. Both are not allowed.
