Souffle and ice cream.

Among desserts, I generally like chocolate desserts such as Souffle. Because liquid chocolate desserts are really delicious and less sugary. But making desserts like soufflés is really difficult. Because if you keep the soufflé in the oven for a long time, the dessert you make will not be called a souffle but a cake. But if you keep the soufflé in the oven for a very short time, this time it will be a raw soufflé. Also, there should definitely be something like ice cream or cream next to the soufflé because it's ridiculous to just eat soufflé.

This is my first time eating soufflé in a cafe outside. This soufflé was hot and the chocolate inside was liquid. While serving the souffle, they also offered vanilla flavored ice cream. Souffle was hot and ice cream was cold. I think it's called umami. Umami taste is really delicious. The Japanese are really good at this. I would love to know more about Jpaon cuisine in the future. I am especially curious about the sushi that the Japanese make with tuna and salmon.
