Food Photography Challenge Week - 70 || My Eggplant Recipe
Greetings,

Let me share to you my eggplant recipe. I bought 1 kilo of eggplant for 80 pesos (5.7 STEEM). It is one of the most versatile vegetables. It can be eaten raw, sauteed, and soup.


I stir fried the eggplants with some ingredients like onions , garlic, scallions, and 2 eggs. This is a quick easy recipe for about 30 minutes.

We ate this during our dinner. It is soft and delicious paired with rice.
