Greetings,
Let me share to you one my favorite foods, lechon kawali. Also known as lechon de carajay or litsong kawali in Tagalog, is a Filipino recipe made of pork belly deep-fried in a pan or wok (kawali). It is seasoned with salt and pepper, cooked then slice in cubes.
I ate along with pochiro , a meat soup with vegetables. I had a delicious dinner and enjoyed it.
