Even though the bananas were not ripe, but because of the heavy rain and strong winds that occurred last night, the bananas fell. It's a pity even though the fruit is still green, and it had to be harvested early. So that it is not wasted and wasted, I will share the bananas with my neighbors to be processed, such as cooked into sour keu eung sauce. Or we can also process them into crispy banana chips. So that the bananas are not wasted and we can still process them into something useful. This is a kleung banana with large and long fruit, almost the size of a cucumber. This kleung banana is very delicious when processed into fried bananas or banana chips. In addition, this kleung banana is also delicious when made into a leumak soup dish, and is very delicious eaten with warm rice and fried salted fish.
