My entry for CCS Food Photography Challenge - Week 47 "Usual Breakfast"

My breakfast always consists of meals which are easy to eat because of my poor appetite so I certain foods which are easy to chew which I can help myself in swallowing easier by using my choice of beverage drink like a brewed Liberica coffee which is a very fragrant type of coffee. Here is an example of my daily breakfast which is a rice gruel with some chicken pieces and slivers of ginger.
After sipping some coffee I would proceed to eat the rice gruel and followed by some bread with either fillings or spreads like some strawberry jam, peanut butter, mayonnaise, or just a plain butter. The rice gruel can either be replaced by either macaroni soup, chicken soup with rice noodles, fried noodle dish, or even rice meal with a fried scrambled egg and dried fish if I would like to have it.
Now I only eat my breakfast dishes with at most three boiled egg whites to serve as my main protein source aside from some pieces of chicken which are incorporated in the soup. I consume eggs that way because I have to restrict myself from consuming extra Phosphorus which is in the yellow part of the eggs but I needed some protein which is why I only consume the egg whites because they have a low phosphorus content.
