PORTAKAL ÇİÇEĞİ FESTİVALİ/ORANGE FLOWER FESTIVAL

Herkese Merhaba
Adana ilimizin her yerinde Turunç ağacı ekilidir.
Bu ayda çiçek verir ve bu çiçekleri her tarafta mis gibi kokar.
Turunç portakal görünümünde fakat tadı limondanda ekşi bir meyvedir.Bende sonradan öğrendim bu ağaçlar aşılanarak portakal ağacına dönüyormuş.
Bu meyveden turunç reçeli,turunç ekşisi ve değişik tatlılar yapılmakta.
Ama bahsetmek istediğim konu 12 yıldır bu ayda ,mis kokular arasında Şehrimizde yapılan sokak festivali.
Çarşamba günü başladı ve dün bitti.
Maalesef ben festivale katılamadım.Cuma günü gitmek için plan yaptım fakat hastalandığım için gidemedim.
Giden yakınımdan fotoğraf rica ettim.Yakınımın çektiği fotoğrafları paylaşacağım.
Büyük bir parkımız var orada satış için standlar kuruluyor her sene.Sadece parkta değil şehrin merkezinde de standlar sokaklara kuruluyor.

Ayrıca 10 gün boyunca büyük merkez parkta konser alanı kuruluydu.Her gün çok ünlü bir sanatçı şehrimizde konser verdi.
Adanalı meşhur sinema yıldızları Şehrimizdeydi.
Büyük otellerde Turunç ile yapılan değişik lezzetler ile ilgili yarışmalar ,kostüm yarışmaları düzenlendi.Daha sayamayacağımız bir çok etkinlik mevcuttu.
Şehrimiz bu festivalden dolayı çok kalabalıktı duyduğum kadarı ile otellerde yer kalmamış o kadar çok yurtdışı ve yurtiçinden misafirlerimiz katılım sağlamış.
Festivalin en güzel yanıda cumartesi günü oluşturulan yürüyüş korteji idi.

Herkes rengarenk,değişik kostümler giyerek bu yürüyüşe katılmakta.Değişik süslenmiş araçlar,üstü açık otobüsler,bando takımı,Türk chopper motorlular.

Hello everyone
Citrus trees are planted everywhere in Adana.
It flowers in this month and its flowers smell sweet everywhere.
Citrus is a fruit that looks like an orange but tastes more sour than lemon. I later learned that these trees can be grafted and turn into orange trees.
Citrus jam, sour orange and various desserts are made from this fruit.
But what I want to talk about is the street festival that has been held in our city this month, among the fragrant smells, for 12 years.
It started on Wednesday and ended yesterday.
Unfortunately, I couldn't attend the festival. I planned to go on Friday, but I couldn't go because I got sick.
I asked my relative for a photo. I will share the photos taken by my relative.
We have a large park where stands are set up for sales every year. Stands are set up not only in the park but also on the streets in the center of the city.

In addition, a concert area was set up in the large central park for 10 days. A very famous artist gave a concert in our city every day.
Famous cinema stars from Adana were in our city.
Competitions about different flavors made with Turunç and costume competitions were held in big hotels. There were many more events that we cannot list.
Our city was very crowded due to this festival, as far as I heard, there was no room left in the hotels, so many guests from abroad and domestic attended.
The best part of the festival was the parade cortege formed on Saturday.

Everyone participates in this march by wearing colorful and different costumes. Differently decorated vehicles, open-top buses, marching band, Turkish chopper motors.
