Recently I have tried to build a community and finally after a lot of difficulties and a lot of hard work I have built my community and I am continuing my work on it.This is what I created this community a few months ago.

The goal of our community is to share real life experiences, the beauty of the world, the natural landscapes, everything created by nature. We encourage, inspire and even allow unrealistic posting. We found that sharing many natural and everyday stories for our own success that can inspire others and that other people learn from the successes and failures of others. That's why we thought of creating a community for people to share their daily diaries and landscapes. Landscapes and beautiful places and daily diaries can never end because every human being wants to see natural landscapes at every moment so it is unique because consumers love this idea so much and they want to publish such things to motivate others. Why should people join your community?
People should join our community because they want to see other people move forward and see themselves move forward and they will learn from their experiences and try to surpass them by acting like them. And yes they will have to make every effort to move forward if they want to be successful. What countries are they from and what languages do they cover?
I am from Pakistan, and our first national language is Urdu. And then there is English, because this language is spoken globally, so most of the blogs are written in English. We use Google Translator to translate other languages. This is a very good software that provides a lot of guidance.This way they understand other languages better.
Are the team members paid or get rewards in any way from community funds for work in running the community?
Team members cannot be reimbursed from the community account because the account is still an autonomous one, instead we are trying to empower the community account and this will happen sooner rather than later. To be a source of help and to be appreciated by the community.
If you only have one Admin what would happen to your community if you left or lost your keys?
Keys saved in private and backup saved somewhere. It is stored offline (flash drive). We can also print and store in a safe place. I have no imaginary plans to leave this community. I know how to keep trustworthy and passionate customers as their moderators. I will also make one of them the admin and deputy moderator and share some keys with them. So that he can help me and give me different ideas so that we can benefit from them.

We are now trying to move forward as a society and are growing steadily because we are barely two months and a few days old.
Currently, it does not have any steam power, nor does it have any stem power. We hope to help build the stadium power and encourage community members to hand over their strengths and better community curators so that they can receive good guidance and learn from others.
What are your plans for growing the SP of the account?
We share some of the rewards we receive from our team members individually as part of the rewards they receive from us in which we intend to receive rewards from the community account and I Encourage handing over as an honorary reward. We are also considering buying steam from others with our own money and generating more power when we have the resources available. Because it will increase the power of our account and benefit our Member.
Are all the post rewards powered up, or are they used for paying delegators or members of the community team?
At the moment, we are not accepted on the community account. If we want to increase support on the community's account, some will have to use force to increase the account and be able to help committed and dedicated members of the community. Efforts will be made to encourage some members and use them to manage the competition to keep them in the Steam blockchain so that the community can grow.
Note: Currently, we are trying to use our own prizes to organize competitions so that we can maintain our community in this community so we have to keep up our efforts.

We always ask users to cite the source of their images. We check with the help of copyright free image sites like pixabay.com etc.

Does the community team check and comment on every post in the community?
We keep checking on every post in the community. Yet, with the number of users and active users, we can still create and deal with it. As the community grows, it can be overwhelming for the current team. Therefore, every now and then we have more moderators check for plagiarized content and engage with community users. That led us to progress.
Plans & Updates
How often do you post plans and updates for the community?
We keep posting plans and updates as needed but our ultimate goal is to make sure we make the update weekly, monthly or quarterly but it must be done so that guidance can be obtained. Why don't we go beyond leaps and bounds?.

Do you have a roadmap or long term plan for the community?
Yes, our plan is to try to increase the 10$ worth of votes to this community SP and also to increase the number of users and active users so that it can make us stronger.
We should invite investors who will contribute immensely to the growth and development of the Steam Blockchain and provide us with guidance.

How do you promote your community?

Do you have a promotion or marketing plan for your community?
We are trying to launch a YouTube channel to promote the community and the state, but we are still working on it. We are also working on our plans to reach out to students from nearby universities and polytechnics and schools to maximize recruitment.
