Hello steemians. Hope we’re doing okay today. Been some time I did my diary on the platform, and I’m super glad I have the chance to do it today.

Exams is just around the corner, and we have all hands-on deck to do as much as we can to make sure we perform well.

_{In the studio}

So my day started quite a bit early today than usual.
Have you discovered when it’s best to study? It’s in the morning.

People are different and may have different things that work for them. For me, I discovered mornings to be the perfect time to study.

I got up as early as 3a.m to do some study and prepare for school.
I used that time to look again at my plans for the day to know which ones would come first, and later.

Before I knew it, everybody was up and doing, meaning the struggle for the day begun fully. Since I had a 7am class today, I did a few house chores, fixed up, and left for school. I equally had an assignment to submit in school, so I did all I could to make sure it was ready for submission.

This semester is the most occupied since I started school. It’s always from one group to the other, doing assignments, making presentations, going for group work and meetings, shooting a group film, producing a community newspaper, and at the same time going for my industrial training all in one semester.

After the class, I met with my friends, and we went through our work to make sure we did as the lecturer instructed before going to submit.

Once I finished in school, I stepped out. I had just one class to attend.
I couldn’t just go home because I needed to edit my work for submission as proof of my industrial training in a studio.

I got there in time and began the job with the assistance of the organisation’s manager.
I had to cut, delete, and insert a sound to run at the background, while the graphics and colour grading was done by the coordinator.

Once I was done there, I left for home. I couldn’t wait to get home because I needed some rest.
But just before I got home, I stopped by a shop to get snacks, which was what I snacked on immediately I got to the house.

I had to use my umbrella because the sun was so high, and I couldn’t bear the harshness knowing I just wanted to get home already.

On getting home, I had my lunch and took a quick nap. When I got up, I started writing for my diary for the day, and a list for my LinkedIn account.

Then, I went to church for a programme which lasted for a few hours.

On getting home again, I attended a webinar on LinkedIn which centred on personal development.

There I was able to learn very vital things we can do to grow, and create impart on lives. And this is what I’d like to share with us briefly:

• Know what you want.
• Build genuine relationships steadily.
• Start with what you have.
• Make sacrifices.
• Volunteer to serve.
• Aim for legacy.

At the end of the class, you’ll be right to say I was exhausted. I had my dinner and dashed for the bed.
