How does staking differ from trading in terms of risk? |

Before talking about staking differ from trading in term of risk we have to know about what is staying and trading.
Staking.
Staking means that putting something that valuable and important for you at risk, that you have been hopeful to get something better in return. It's like betting or risking, where you invest something very important that you have it could money or time with the possibility of losing it. When you gonna stake something your aim is to achieve an advantage. But as we know there is always a high chance that things would not go as you planned and you will lose what you have putting in risk.
Trading.
Trading is the most popular in these days which means exchanging what you have for something that you want or need.
Staking differ from trading in term of risk.
Staking and trading both are very different in term of risk.
Treading risk.
Trading is something that you have to buy and sell to make profit. During buying and selling you might lose some money but its usually limited.
Staking risk.
Staking is when you put something at risk to win more. But if you lose, then you will lose everything that you put in risk and may be you loose more then you started with.
What factors should one consider when choosing between staking and trading? |

Some of the factor are under which help the person choosing between staying and trading.
Risk Tolerance.
Risk tolerance is very important when choosing staking and treading. If you are cautious, trading might be better option for you because staking is too much riskier.
Investment and time.
Investment and time also play a big role. If you want a quick profit you might go to the way of treading, but if you in in to the long haul then staking is better option for you.
Market knowledge.
Treading require more market knowledge while staking are straight forward and hand off.
Liquid fund.
If you need the quick access to your fund than you have you to choose trading.

Staking rewards and trading profits are two different way to earn money from the crypto currency world.
Staking rewards.
staking rewards you earn them by holding into the crypto currency and helping to support its network. You can expect certain amount of reward in a regular basis.
Treading profit.
You can earn trading profit by buying and selling crytocurrency on the right time for making a huge profit. Your profit depending on the market. Its also risky because it have a high risk of winning and loosing a high profit.

To me, both staking and trading are profitable ways of making money in the crypto space; staking is like holding your assets for the long term, while trading means buying crypto when the price is low and selling it when the price is high. I think trading might be the possible option if you want to have a quick access to your assets but it's important to understand the risk involved in both staking and trading.
