Funny enough I was looking at some post stamps this afternoon. My son inherited a LOT from my uncle and we've just never really gave them much attention. Well, I found some from Germany and the 1st and 2nd World Wars.
My thoughts wandered to Russia and the Ukraine and how in years to come people will realize how silly they were.

Anglo Boer War - I studied it in history. In Soviet times, great attention was paid to South Africa.
