Good day my fellows steemians I have read through your post and there are certain facts have come to understand before now I never knew what classes of vegans people may belong but now from your post I've discovered that we have about three types of vegans we have those that are strictly vegans, we have lacto ovo vegans and we have none vegans so I have learned that you are a non vegan, so I'm I being a vegan is very hard I could not even imagine staying a day without eating meat but I think those who are lacto vegans could be these because of some severe medical conditions which could include, diabetes and heart failure. so that is why they advice to stay away from red-meat due to its high cholesterol and it tend to take milk and egg which helps in curtailling most of those health condition.
