Well according to my own understanding, I will really say that a bull run is a period or a set of time where the prices of assets, tokens and coins in the crypto market or a particular market rises up consistently. In the aspect of the crypto world, it means a significant increase in the value of the Cryptocurrencies tokens. This happens by investors investing positively in the market thereby pushing the value to go up.

When it comes to the crypto space, I will say there are a whole lot of factors that generally affect the bull run which ranges from the technological advancements, the trends and many more. This makes the market to be highly optimistic during those periods and helps in increasing the the trading volumes. In some cases, I have come to discover that bull run can actually last forever months or even years in some scenarios. Examples of the bull run is the one that took place in 2017 and caused a massive surge up of the price to even hit $20,000

Benefits of a Bull Run

Alright I will be moving to the next section of the quiz and that is stating the benefits of bull run. Over the years and also according to my research, I have come to discover that there are a whole lot of benefits it offers. I will be stating some of them below.

The first benefits I have come to discover is the fact that it actually helps to increase the investment opportunities around the crypto world. What do I really mean by that? The next benefits I have come to discover is the fact that it also helps to increase public awareness in the crypto space. This awareness helps to increase the adoption in general and for the digital space.

The last one I will definitely be talking about is the fact that it also helps in job creation. The massive growth that will be witnessed in the Crypto space during the bull run actually leads to job creation in a whole lot of sectors ranging from finances, technology and many more.

Three Coins to Watch in This Bull Run

Alright I will move to the last section for this and that is discussing the three coins I actually believe will do well and to watch for during bull run.

• Ethereum (ETH).

My first pick will definitely be Ethereum and I will be stating my reason why I choose it. Ethereum with the movement to Ethereum 2.0, this has really helped to increase and improve security and sustainability. And with the introduction of Proof of Stake (PoS) consensus mechanism, this has really attract a whole lot of investors and will definitely do so much more and lastly the approval of the Ethereum ETF will play a huge role.

• Cardano (ADA).

The second on my list definitely is the cardano(ADA). Cardano is really a very promising cryptocurrency that is actually known for the fact that it centre on security also. With the scientific approach to development, in fact the recent introduction of the smart contract will definitely attract a whole lot of developers to the ecosystem of the token. This is making it a strong contender for the bull run ahead.

• Polkadot (DOT).

The last one I will definitely like to talk about is the Polkadot (DOT). As it is actually designed to allow different Blockchain to share information, this has allow high flexibility around. With a new chain going on around the ecosystem of the coin, the demand and in turn the value of the token DOT will increase.
