Dreams Versus Reality

Its very fun to be part of such a contest organized by @steemdoctor1 and i will like to try my luck by participating in this contest i hope you enjoy my content.

Science defines a dream as series of images, emotions and interactions that occur during our sleep. They are said to occur during the Rapid eye movement stage of sleep which is when the prefontal cortex is less active and the limbic system becomes more activate. Given that more light has to be shed on this general phenomenon it stands to show that dreams are way more than what science is saying.

Which type of dreams do you mostly see during your sleep?

My type of dreams usually show me at my home town, just chilling or at a public place walking around most at times going back to my place, although i once dreamt i was flying once over really huge buildings, and it seemed i had full control of that power and there are also times i dream of really emotional things like losing my partner or experiencing a heart breaking event which will get me crying even in reality

Do you think there is any connection of our dreams with the reality?

It is almost impossible to our dreams not having a connection with the reality because most of our dreams are basically rapid images and memories our daily activities its kind of like a recap of our full day but at a very fast pace so fast that it makes time feel different and with that much memory flooding our brain at that speed it makes it feel like we're 8n another world. Well thats just the scientific part of the connection.

The spiritual though gives us a completely different idea, you see many believe that dreams are a way of God speaking to us, i also believe that since i have had a lot of dreams where i see an event happen in my dream and when i wake up, tgat same thinc happens in real life, something termed Deja Vu. This is what makes me to believe that there's a connection between our dreams and reality

Do you remember your dreams or do you forget them right after waking up? Share your experience.

Most of the dreams where i see an event, i forget those dreams and only remember them when i get a Daja vu of the moments i saw in the dream. The dreams i get to remember are very strange dreams that leave me to wonder how I'd even have such dreams like the dream i had where i was flying or the one where was in a relationship with one of my friends.
