Contest !! ||My gift hamper to Sc01 and Sc02.

INTRODUCTION

A good leader as we all know is someone who encourage, motivates, and supports their alliance. They are brave, but not self-centered. They are empathetic and understanding. They are humble, but not weak. They are firm, but fair. They are decisive, but not rash. They are compassionate, but not soft. They are strong, but not stubborn. They are honest, but tactful and they are impartial not partial.

What you would love to add in gift hamper of Sc01 and Sc02(Mention these little accessories one by one).

As a leader that they are, they do not need the normal or usual kind of gift that every other person's should have. I'm an advocate of good leadership. I love a sincere leader, I love impartial leaders, I love and appreciate attentive leadership and that is exactly whom Sc01 and Sc02 are. I appreciate their good works and I want to meet them in person on day because we have a lot to talk about and I want to learn something but until then I'm not expecting anything less from them as leaders.

One of the things I would love to add in a hamper as a gift for Sc01 and Sc02 is a leadership book called The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People by Stephen Covey It's a good leadership book that has been helping people become better leaders for decades and it's the kind of book I will love to gift my steemit fav. The Author Covey listed seven key habits that are important for effective leadership, which includes being proactive, and putting first things first. He also emphasizes the importance of developing a win-win mindset and seeking to understand before being understood. it is a very fantastic book that is packed with wisdom and practical advice and all leaders and intending leaders should have in their book shelves.

I will also add a coffee mug which will help Sc01 and Sc02 as leaders stay caffeinated and active. And lastly a pair of noise cancelling headphones, to help them block out distractions and focus on work because the steemit community is a very large one that need 100% focus to avoid errors. Leaders as Sc01 and Sc02 do not need chocolate🙄 or biscuits from me an advocate of good leadership.

Would it be some special day at which you would present that gift to Sc01 and Sc02 or it would be a general day?

For me it would be a day that is so special to them. A day like the day there were elected or selected as Sc01 & Sc02 on the steemit platform. I feel that gifting a leader on their special day can have a number of positive effects on them. Also It can make good leaders such as Sc01 & Sc02 feel appreciated, valued, and important. Its an opportunity to show my Sc01 especially that I care about him😄 and I went to invest in his success in the community. Gifting good leaders on their special day is a morale booster for them which will lead to increased productivity and motivation.

This hamper is a sign of my appreciation to Sc01 & Sc02 for the good work they have been doing. I'm personally doing this because I don't feel entitled to their curation at all. I'm appreciating them because to me, they are impartially doing the work. There was a time as a newbie that I asked @bossj23 if Sc01 is a partial leader because I felt some person are getting curations often, why some are not getting even 1$ and this was what he said. Votes from Sc01 and Sc02 are not guaranteed on any post I make. And also I'm a newbie and needs Patience. He also said I should be consistent and do only quality. And that there is nothing as partiality when it comes to Sc01 or Sc02.

After a while I started doing quality posts, engaging with others and I was consistent then I got so many curations from Sc01 that is why I call him my Sc01. They are doing their best and I want you to know that I appreciate your good work. It's so tasky and demanding to handle a platform as s big as steemit but all I will say to you is you can do it and you will continue to do. And I want you to show me some love soon😄 it's been long I heard from you and now I miss being a newbie because we always get supports from curator9 and curator8.
