Once again, my dear friends. How are you all @steem4bloggers? I hope you all are doing well. Finally, I am here @steemit, my dear friends. I am really sorry that for the last three days I have not been able to blog because I am quite sick. It got worse because the weather changed and I didn't take care of myself, because of which my health got really bad. I had flu fever and a lot of nausea, and the doctor told me to have complete bed rest during that time. I also had a paper and a doctor's meeting. Because of this, my schedule was quite busy, but now that I am here, my friends, I will share with you all that happened in these three days, and I have some advice for you guys. I hope you people will not ignore my advice.

Come on guys, let's start with how my health got bad and what the reason was because you all know that the winter season in Pakistan has come and some people have started wearing warm clothes and some people haven't done it at all yet, which is totally stupid because this smog is also having a lot of issues and we are not using masks, etc. for that too, due to which I also got sick quite a lot. People are getting sick because they are not taking the smog seriously, even though the government has given us a red line to use masks because this smog is quite dangerous for us.

So guys, due to not being careful and not taking care of myself, my health worsened, so first of all, I will tell you what I did during these two to three days, and next, I will tell you this. How should we take care of ourselves?

So guys, as soon as I felt unwell, I went and got some tests done. After doing the tests, I found out that I had a genital infection, and after that, I took some medicine for myself. I called my doctor friend to get medicine. Later, the friend told me that now I don't have to go to work or go out, but I need bed rest and I need medicine, so after taking medicine, I went home and told my family that I had a little infection. My mother was very worried, but I told her that there was nothing to worry about.

So, friends, after that, I and my family took good care of my health; my diet was very good, I took care of it very well, I gave medicine, etc. on time, and, alhamdulillah, I recovered after that, and if I tell you the truth, all of this During this time I gave very little time to mobile, due to which I was not able to make a blog, and I was very worried about it. I was also missing you guys a lot, and inshallah, I will be here every day from now on.
So, friends, I would like to give you a little advice. I hope you all will not ignore it. All my brothers who live in Pakistan know that the winter season is here, and we are all waiting for it. Smog has spread too much, and we haven't taken it easy, even though both of these things can be dangerous for us. Since we are getting a lot of chest infections, and if it is seen that when winter comes, the ratio of chest infections in children increases very much, we need to use face masks to control it. Use warm clothes.

In these winters that are starting, warm clothes are very useful and they are very important for us, so human life is very precious, so my dear brothers, I request that you all take precautionary measures. There are measures; follow them and make it necessary to use warm clothes. Their immune system is weak, due to which any infection gets heavy on them very quickly, and then their recovery session is very slow, and they cannot recover quickly.
