2. I encourage a rewarding system. I ask the teachers to Reinforce positive behavior by recognizing and rewarding students who follow the rules.
3. Teachers should address misbehavior and deal with misbehavior as soon as possible, using appropriate consequences that are consistent and fair.
4. I ask to build strong relationships with the students. In this way, the students feel valued and respected, which can help us to reduce misbehavior and encourage discipline.

Mr. Khalid Mehmood was our principal during my matriculation year and displayed remarkable leadership qualities that inspired us all. He valued hard work, communication, and mutual respect among staff and students.

These qualities made him an admired leader amongst both faculty and students. The most inspiring thing about the principal was punctuality. He was always on time for school ever. His friendly demeanor made us feel welcome in his presence; no matter what issue or problem we brought forth, his door was always open to listening.

Additionally, he provided countless learning opportunities for those who wanted to achieve more than just academically, from volunteering
activities to extra-curricular trips.

Conclusion
Being a principal at a school is a challenging feat. It requires dedication, hard work, and excellent leadership skills.
