Yeah CBDC in future will be the trending because The Federal Reserve is committed to ensuring the continued safety and availability of cash and is considering a CBDC as a means to expand safe payment options, not to reduce or replace them. Sometimes it is considered safer than cryptocurrency as it is in fiat form but cryptocurrency has its advantages of having decentralized option. Soon I will make my post about CBDC .
