It is great to be able to buy books and read them yourself, and to have friends, siblings and relatives buy them. Because they will be able to gain a lot of knowledge from that book. So I told my younger sister I was at the book fair. Then I told him if you like any new book tell me. He said I don't need any new book. If possible, bring the book written by Maulana Jalaluddin. I entered the fair again in search of this book. I visited different stalls.
But no, I did not find this book, so I searched on Google. Then came to know that it was printed from Mahmudia Library. So I went around the entire fair and started looking for the stall of Mahmudiya Library. But I did not find any trace of that stall. Compelled, I looked at the stall of RockMary.com. But even that was not found. So I decided to come back.
At that time, I saw an Islamic quiz program at the north gate of Baitul Mukarram. I stood there for a while, wishing to participate in that quiz show. But could not participate due to busyness. At that time I met a childhood friend. I exchanged tricks with him for a while. Then I left for Madrasa.
Sitting in the bus, I started thinking about different things. I plan to come again for the second time. The quotes of various writers and philosophers started coming to mind. At this time, the best writer of all time Matiur Rahman's quote comes to mind. He wrote in his poetry book 'No one goes bankrupt by buying books'. I bought so many books! I spent a lot of money! Again, no one goes bankrupt by buying books. Then it occurred to me that no one goes bankrupt by buying books.
Because by reading books, many things are known which cannot be achieved by thousands of years of pursuit. Which we can know through books. Books inspire us to live anew, to always stand united against injustice and to govern the country beautifully and properly. Guides us from darkness to light, from lies to truth. We discover new countries, new races and new worlds through books.
Finally it can be said that no one goes bankrupt by reading books or buying books. When you learn something new by reading a book and understand something new, then the desire to know more, understand more, discover more will be created in the heart, this is called getting something new, knowing something new. You know, learning something new is more expensive than a thousand rupees. That is why big book libraries have been built in the big cities of the world.
Finally, I would appeal to all the publishers to raise the prices of the books keeping the book buyers in check. Because many people are interested in buying books but they cannot collect them for money. We wish all writers and readers a happy life. I finished here today. Allah is Hafez.
I am leaving here for today, see you in the next post. Allah is Hafez. |
