We started a week full of expectations at DraftCrearte, experiencing each quantitative and qualitative development processes and seeing our more realistic proposed goals.Our approach to work has always been collaborative, taking into account the opinions of each member who actively contributes to the community.

We believe it is time for further integration, calling the DraftCrearte core team a new ¨Creative Team¨. This team will rotate every month to provide opportunities for other members to participate, but this does not mean that a member cannot repeat the following month as long as they have completed the assigned missions.

We seek a proactive work team made up of dynamic and self-taught 5 people who promote attitudes and values ​​of self-confidence and personal development in the other users of the community. Service to others and empathy should be something that characterizes them.

What is the brainstorming technique??

Brainstorming is a technique that allows you to find the solution to a problem working as a team. It is about exchanging the individual ideas of each member of the team with the aim of generating the most optimal solution among all, either by combining some of the ideas that have emerged throughout the process or by choosing the one most accepted by the group. It is also used to create new creative strategies together. source

What is the challenge about?

There are different types of brainstorming, this time we will focus on the individual ideas of the participants.
I will give several titles and you have to choose the one that most catches your attention. In a comment you will contribute creative ideas about the theme or title you chose, how would you project it? all the suggestions that you can think of to carry it out in the community. You can start your idea by answering some of the following questions: Where? How? When? Why? or who?

Requirements to participate:

1- You must know the rules of the community and follow them fully.
2- Be active in the community by posting, participating in contests; voting and commenting on their peers.

4- Be part of our Discord group or Telegran actively.
