When we decide to create, we not only do it thinking of ourselves, but also of those who are so dedicated and passionate about the small details that creativity stands out in creations.

Quilling Art as a technique

Working with this technique to make something great, with just strips of paper, is a challenge but one that simply satisfies in creating an idea that between imagining and making reality, with strips of paper, the idea is formed by cutting, putting together and paste, making it a charm creation. We get excited just thinking, we cannot leave it in an idea and we get down to work to create.

Materials for Quilling Art - I LOVE STEEM

Among the materials, paper, what art will do in this incomparable elaboration, a work of art in a collection, for my works and for its exhibition, with strips of paper.

Materials	Quilling Art
✂ Construction block. (Colored sheets).	✂ White cardboard. One sheet (01) and a half (1/2).
✂ Glue.	✂ Graphite pencil.
✂ Scissors.

✄ We start with the colored sheets of the building block. I will use various colors, the imagination opens as the strips of paper are cut, to do something new with this art. Among the first colors of the leaf that I will use, green, dark blue, light blue, dark orange and a carrot orange lighter than the previous one.

✄ Cut out several strips of the same size to do the work of creating from the imagination, adding my personal touch. I will start by cutting the blue strips, then dark orange, light green, light orange, and so on the colors that I need. The block contains many colors to use.

✄ On the white cardboard I will make with the graphite pencil, some letters to form my message, in the art of Quilling.

✄ With the strips of paper, I will start to make them a little smaller to go sticking them with the glue on the white cardboard and making various shapes.

✄ As I progress, I will use the different types of colors in strips of paper, varying one from the other or making shapes with the same color. First use dark orange and continue with light green.

✄ With part of the white cardboard, I will cut several strips to shape the letters that I have marked on the white cardboard. One by one I will stick on top of what has been marked with the glue. I'll start with "I". In capital letters.

✄ I will continue with the letter "S". Taking shape this creative art, which is formed with strips of paper.

✄ Adjusting the paper strips with the glue, I will continue with the letter "T".

✄ While I cut out and hold the strips of paper for the letter "E" in my hands, I carefully observe the image that I want to highlight and I understand that everything we imagine we can do. I cut out two strips for the same letters, and I continue gluing.

✄ The letter "M" is the one that continues and the word highlighted with the Quilling Art is already visually appreciated.

✄ To make this art something colorful, I add strips of paper in the shape of flower petals, and others, which will make its colorful color show the delicacy of the art in question.

✄ I will cut strips of dark blue and fuchsia paper.

✄ I will make rolls of fuchsia paper. These rolls of paper, I will place them inside the heart.

✄ I end the word with a heart that symbolizes the whole word "I ♡ LOVE STEEM"

✄ Completing the flowers and the spaces, I continue with the orange, dark blue and light green strips of paper, to continue putting together this creative work. Among flowers and colorful tree stems.

✄ The more I imagine, the more I believe in my abilities to shape through strips of colored paper, adding from my perspective, different types of flowers in various presentations.
