Our little space
It may seems so simple for everyone to draw bird or make bird drawings. But in reality it depends on factor which is - how we want to create it!
We can make it so simple just painting out the the space between the edges after sketching the shape of the subject, or we could try some detailing. But if we move with the detailed drawing it is so time consuming to create the textures of birds. As their feathers require a lot work to get finishing.
Do I went with some mediate mode of drawing in which I neither wanted to go for the super crispy detailing nor I wanted yo look it like a noob painting. So I selected some palette knife painting look for it.

Paper - A5, 320gsm

Pencil Hb
Masking tape

To avoid the reflections of the glossy painting while taking the photograp, I used a paper board as the reflectors.
Making of the Painting
Sketching
Fixed the paper on a plane board. Used masking tapes for this job. Took the only needed colours on a pallet and made some mixing. Sketched the basic layout of my painting eith a normal Hb pencil.
Background making
Started with the background. My intention was to finish it without further layers. So I used the thickened colours without mixing more water to it. Finished the background.
Detailing
Painted out the characters which were birds. Used darka and light colors to make shadows and highlights.
Finishing
Completed the background removed the masking tapes from the edges with good care.
