Cnidoscolus aconitifolius is also commonly known as chaya, tree spinach, or spinach tree which is a large, fast-growing & leafy perennial shrub that is believed to have originated in the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico.
The specific epithet, aconitifolius, means ‘Aconitum-like leaves’.
The leaves are an excellent source of numerous essential nutrients for a healthy, balanced diet.
The fact is that it’s more nutritious than many green leafy vegetables such as spinach, Chinese cabbage & amaranth.
The leaves are very high in protein, iron, calcium, vitamins A & C.

I haven't seen this plant in my area, I think the leaves are almost the same as the sweet potato leaves
