Adenium obesum is known to be a poisonous species of flowering plant belonging to tribe Nerieae of subfamily Apocynoideae of the dogbane family of Apocynaceae which is native to the Sahel regions, south of the Sahara tropical & subtropical eastern & southern Africa / Arabia.
Various Adenium species are cool succulent plants that can easily be grown in any climate, either indoors or outside.
They usually produce flowers that are truly spectacular & outstanding for container grown plants which also have an interesting shape & many find growing them a very pleasant pastime.
