Flame lily

Flame lily (Gloriosa superba) is a species of flowering plant in the family Colchicaceae. This flower blooms in our nature for a very short time. The petals are yellow at the base and dark red at the apex. It is a type of herbaceous plant that grows with the help of leaf axil. This flowering plant can grow up to 6 to 8 feet tall. This tree is poisonous. However, there are uses of this plant in the treatment of many diseases in Ayurvedic or traditional medical methods.
