HA!!!!! Its 95 degrees where I am actually right now and I think that this picture was taken in spring / summer time because it would of been unheard of to go up there during winter , but at the top of a mountain!! i dont know how ice can form on water that flow... but anyway it proves just how cold it can get up there.
