Has resumido en tu publicación los pasos para lograr tener salud mental, encontré mucha paz en tus palabras y la experiencia de quien ha batallado sus tormentas.
Vivir se ha convertido en un duro proceso para muchos, quienes jamas logran ver la luz detrás de la tormenta, y tan solo debemos ver un poco mas allá del caos que creemos vivir.
