You're welcome. As @saracampero, @ashkhan and @alexarelatos all pointed out, there were votes missing (I'd only included booming01 in the report) so the data above has been updated to include all booming accounts.
It's inevitable that sharing information like this will highlight cases of abuse within some communities and I am in the processing of writing a post highlighting 2 communities (run by the same person) as I type this. (I get easily distracted and do other tasks having not complete the one before. I started writing this comment about 2 hours ago.)
My hope is that the pain which might fall out from this information is temporary and in time, the booming programme will be free from abuse.
I have a post written but... technically, there is no "crime".
The admin has previously been banned from a community for plagiarism (the 1st user I (the original "I") caught, perhaps steemcurator01 will know who I'm referring to) - he blamed his wife.
No users are in club5050.
No users are powering up.
Money is being withdrawn.
Posting exclusively in communities run by this admin.
8 users share wallet addresses.
78 booming upvotes to these 8 users in February.
28 booming upvotes to the admin and his community accounts.
It's a profitable business.
But none of them are breaking any rules as set out in the booming programme rules so it would be wrong of me to share it.
You know something, I just saw the update the post, by communities, most prefer to support the community account with this resource, and I have also seen that sc01 and sc02 were or are supporting some community accounts frequently. No wonder some users get sad, frustrated, power down and leave.
On the plus side, this list highlights the communities that do this - not just to the community account, but to the admin who is also entitled to 2 votes per week on top of the 3-4 community votes.
Their members seeing this will decide to leave these communities and move to those which support their users and not themselves.
The selfish communities will lose their members, reducing the justification for them to receive booming support (although the fake accounts will continue to bloat the numbers).
If you go deeper, you will surely find that maybe some community accounts give more than 14 votes a week to some moderator or administrator, taking advantage of the resources gathered by the users' delegations.
You definitely intrigued me, I would love to read the post :) Especially it will give people a chance to discuss how to tune up the mechanism of Support that is provided by the Steemit Team and if possible to eliminate such weak areas that give a chance for abusers to benefit from it. Go ahead and post it.
Great work again 👍👍. I hope that after that abusers become less after that. I also want to know about these 2 communities. Best of luck for your work. God bless you.
I'll just check it now. I have 7 posts listed and it appears that 2 of them were posted in January - upon double checking these 2, they were indeed upvoted in January too so shouldn't be included in the report and indeed, you should have 5.
I've updated the code to add another date validation in and it's not correctly saying that you got 5 votes from Steem Infinity Zone - I've updated the contents of this post accordingly.
No problem and I queried the problem with the developer of the API...
The initial table was correct. The upvotes were made in February, even if the post was made in January so I will return the information to its original state.
All data is based upon the vote time - if I do it any other way, then some votes that were made won't be accounted for.

Great, I hope you don't give this so much mystery, I want to know who it is and the result of your investigation.

Saludos @saracampero siempre tan asertiva en este comentario.🤗🥰

As well as the cross-voting - where the community accounts upvote each other.
Yes, a community can be a micro business if it knows how to manage it, being positive when it is honest.
For example now, you can take advantage of these.
In addition, community accounts now have rewards:
This is not all bad, besides, it contributes to the growth, but the question is that if they abuse this...
Otra vez toda la razón. 😘🥰

Gracias por hacer eco de esta información. Tan importante para todos y que de alguna manera contribuya con un sistema más equilibrado en Steemit.
I hope so 🙂
